The AI Executive Report is a detailed analysis of your organisation that you can generate on demand. Think of it as hiring a management consultant to review your org chart — except it takes 30 seconds instead of 6 weeks.
Generation time
An executive report typically takes 20–30 seconds to generate. You will see a progress indicator while the AI analyses your organisation. Once complete, the report is available as a downloadable PDF.A typical executive report includes these sections:

Go to the AI section
From the main dashboard, click on "Reports" in the AI section of the sidebar, or use the "Generate Report" button on the dashboard.
Click "Generate Executive Report"
ChartPull will begin analysing your organisation. A progress bar shows the current stage: data collection, structure analysis, department review, leadership assessment, and recommendation generation.
Wait for generation to complete
The process typically takes 20-30 seconds. For very large organisations (5,000+ employees), it may take up to 60 seconds. Do not close the tab while generating.
Review and download
Once complete, the report opens in a preview pane. You can read it on screen or download it as a PDF. Reports are saved in your account and can be accessed again later.
Rate limit: 3 reports per hour
You can generate up to 3 executive reports per hour. This limit exists because each report requires significant AI processing. For most use cases (board meetings, quarterly reviews), one report per session is sufficient.The Weekly AI Digest is an automated email sent every Monday morning that summarises what changed in your organisation during the past week. It is designed for HR leaders and executives who want to stay informed without logging in to ChartPull every day.

Go to Admin > Notifications and toggle on “Weekly AI Digest.” Choose which email addresses should receive the digest. By default, it goes to all admin users. You can add additional recipients (like your CEO or CHRO) even if they do not have a ChartPull account.

Digest emails are delivered through Resend, a modern email delivery service. Emails come from notifications@chartpull.com. If you do not see the digest, check your spam folder and add this address to your contacts.The AI Audit Analysis feature reviews your audit logs and looks for unusual patterns that might indicate security concerns or workflow problems. You can run an AI audit analysis from Admin > Audit Logs > AI Analysis. The AI reviews the logs from the past 30 days and generates a summary with flagged items ranked by severity. Each flagged item includes an explanation of why it was flagged and a recommended action.
Run monthly audits
We recommend running an AI audit analysis at least once per month, especially if your organisation is subject to compliance requirements like SOC 2 or GDPR.
