Sub-processor List

ChartPull uses the following third-party service providers (sub-processors) to deliver our service. Each sub-processor processes data only as necessary for their specific function and is bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.

Notification of Changes

We will notify existing customers by email at least 30 days before engaging any new sub-processor. If you have a reasonable objection to a new sub-processor, you may terminate your subscription by contacting support@chartpull.com before the new sub-processor begins processing your data.

Data Protection

All sub-processors are required to:

  • Process data only for the specific purpose described above
  • Implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures
  • Not further sub-process data without our authorisation
  • Delete or return data upon termination of the relationship
  • Comply with applicable data protection laws
