Every new ChartPull workspace starts with a free 14-day trial. All features are unlocked, no credit card is required, and you can cancel anytime by simply not purchasing.
One trial, never resets
Each Google Workspace domain gets exactly one 14-day trial. It cannot be extended, restarted, or transferred. Make the most of it by exploring features that are important to your team.During the trial, a badge appears in the header that reads “Trial: X days left”. This lets every user in your workspace know how many days remain.
The badge is visible to all users (admins and viewers). Only admins can click it to go directly to the upgrade page.
ChartPull sends the workspace admin a series of emails during the trial so you are never surprised when it ends:

If the 14-day trial ends without a purchase, your workspace is suspended. Here is what changes:
Purchase required after trial
After the 14-day trial expires, ChartPull is suspended until you purchase a plan. You will see a message asking you to choose a tier (Starter, Business, or Enterprise). Your data is not deleted — it is just not accessible until you purchase.You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time — during the trial or after it ends. Here is the upgrade flow:

Click "Purchase"
Choose Starter ($999), Business ($2,499), or Enterprise ($4,999). You will see a comparison of what each tier includes.
Complete Stripe Checkout
Enter your payment details. ChartPull uses Stripe for billing, so your card information is handled securely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
Access activates instantly
Your plan activates immediately. If you purchase during the trial, the trial ends and your paid plan begins. You can also add optional AI Features and Integrations add-ons.

Orion Partners — 200 employees, professional services
Lisa, the Head of People at Orion Partners, signed up for ChartPull and the 14-day trial started automatically.
Day 1–3: Lisa explored the org chart, tried AI search (“Who has the most direct reports?”), and generated a health score. She was impressed by how fast it pulled their entire 200-person directory.
Day 4–7: She set up the Slack bot so her team could look up anyone from Slack. She also configured the weekly digest email so leadership got automatic org updates every Monday.
