ChartPull uses a one-time purchase for the base product with optional annual add-on subscriptions. All billing is handled through Stripe — you can manage add-ons, view invoices, and update payment methods from the billing portal at any time.
ChartPull has two types of charges: a one-time base purchase and optional recurring annual add-ons.
Base product — one-time purchase
The base product is a single payment that gives you a lifetime licence. Starter is $999, Business is $2,499, and Enterprise is $4,999. There are no recurring charges for the core org chart.
AI Features add-on — per employee, per year
The AI add-on is billed annually based on the number of employees in your Google Workspace directory. Pricing is $3/emp/yr (Starter), $2.50/emp/yr (Business), or $2/emp/yr (Enterprise). The employee count is detected automatically — you do not enter a number manually.
Integrations & Customizations add-on — flat annual rate
The Integrations add-on is a flat annual fee based on your tier: $499/yr (Starter), $999/yr (Business), or $1,999/yr (Enterprise). The price does not change based on employee count.
Employee count for AI billing
ChartPull reads the number of active users from your Google Workspace directory automatically. The AI add-on is billed annually based on the employee count at the start of each renewal period. This is the same list of people that appears in your Google Admin Console under “Users”.
Example: Business tier with both add-ons
A 500-person company on the Business tier pays $2,499 one-time for the base product. If they add AI Features ($2.50/emp/yr = $1,250/yr) and Integrations ($999/yr), the total first-year cost is $4,748. Year 2 onward, they only pay for the add-ons: $2,249/yr.All billing management happens through the Stripe-hosted billing portal. Only workspace admins can access it.
Go to Admin Settings
Click the gear icon in the top navigation bar.
Click "Billing"
The billing section shows your current tier, active add-ons, and next invoice date.
Click "Manage Billing"
This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can manage add-ons, update your payment method, and view invoices.
From the billing portal, you can:
Open the billing portal
Go to Admin Settings > Billing > Manage Billing.
Select an add-on
Choose AI Features, Integrations & Customizations, or both.
Confirm and pay
Add-ons are billed annually. Your first payment covers the full year from today. Features unlock immediately after payment.

Tier downgrades
Because the base product is a one-time purchase, there are no downgrades. You own your tier permanently. If you purchased Business and later have fewer than 250 employees, you still keep all Business tier benefits.Every payment generates an invoice in Stripe. You can access your invoices in two ways:
Each invoice includes: company name, line items (base purchase or add-on renewal), employee count (for AI add-on), and total amount.
Your payment data is secure
ChartPull never stores your credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security certification in the industry.
